Customer Service & Problem Garments Seminar
Your Customer Service Representative is how your plant is judged by the public.  They are usually the first and last employee that a customer sees.  The future of a given plant's fiscal well being rests on the manner and proficiency of this key individual.

This is your chance to have your employees get a "tune-up".

Subjects to be addressed are behaviors that drive customers away, customer expectations, improving communication skills, identify potential cleaning problems, working with challenging or cranky customers and much, much more....

This seminar is for everyone in a cleaning facility.  They can produce a better product if  they know what customers need and expect.

Quality Assurance Seminar

It has been reported that you only have to be ten percent better than your competition to succeed in business.  Setting a standard and being consistent with that quality will gain and retain customers.  Find out how to establish your level and keep it.

We will address quality from the perspective of each job station, from the perspective of management, and from the customer's view.  What is it?  What does it look like?  How do you get it?  How do you keep it?

Learn this and much more from this two hour class.

                               This is an interactive workshop.
